This is not a situation for aggressive behavior -- setting foot into this apartment while this particular tenant is still living there would be considered an "aggressive" move, given the info you have given us and it does not matter what the the law says at this point.

Reason that is normally charged is that you are dedicating many hours to the property as you fix it or do what you are doing.

Maybe our PM have bigger projects, maybe some of the investors want him and his team to do renovation so it is a bigger business for him, or maybe this is just the regular procedure, it is our first property and basically we are still learning about all of this, but the facts are that we are paying for the mortgage, electricity,water, somebody needs to cut the grass especially in this period of the year ( we don't even know is the grass cut or not) and so on.So I was trying to find out what is the normal period in which the professional PM is going to find tenants and rent the property?

If you could change the location of the exterior door by moving it a foot or two to the left, then you could easily use the right wall of the kitchen for built-in storage and still have a clear view of the back door from the living room.I like L shaped and U shaped kitchens.
