Whoever you go with look for commitment, honesty, integrity, and the long term picture.

I can think of a lot of ‘what if’ scenarios that just go down a rabbit hole with her in the picture if she has a different opinion on how the property should be handled.  

Here are some tips:1) I'd fill out your profile before you do anything more, as that will at least help folks that you reach out to know that you are a real person, with a picture and professional bio!

Pay a property manager to swing by the property every so often and send me pictures?

@Neel Patel  It looks to be veneer brick but it is hard to tell by the pictures.

I recommend getting a clearer picture on how this works for financing.

They give a better foundational understanding of the entire picture and can be referenced easily.

The pictures that I first put up didn't even have furniture in it and I was booked out for like 3 months when we first listed.

Ultimately, appraisers have a large amount of discretion in determining difference in build quality and layout, but keep in mind they're doing all of this from MLS pictures and property appraiser information, so those differences aren't always immediately discernibleThe Gator Cir area of Cape Coral is seeing a lot of development right now, and it has huge appreciation potential with some of the lowest lot prices, but I personally would recommend trying to find something a bit further South, closer to Pine Island Rd, where demand has already been well-established, unless you're willing to take the bigger risk
