What data should I gather to go about analyzing the question?

Does anyone have data on the best day of the week to send direct mail in order to get the highest open and response rate?

Is this enough info to call a local, very experienced and well-funded flipper and offer a partnership on the deal if it can work, or do i need to make sure it can work first and provide numbers, photos, comp data, repair estimates, etc.?

Account Closed - Ton's of good advice flowing here and another data point to add would be speaking with current and previous investors of said syndication team your interested in.Specifically ask for an example of something that did not go to plan and how it was addressed/resolved.
