Slab foundations can settle but an engineer can measure how much it has and give their recommendations. 

I understand that, generally, the owner takes utilities, as it is impossible to measure usage while renting by the room. 

It took 10-15 minutes and the guy measured the outside of our house.

Also, any knowledge of Class A and/or Class B (rehab) building costs in this area - general measures of PSF for commercial.  

Get the measurements of the square footage and or linear footage of repairs that have to be done.

They're much nicer quality than in-stock cabinets at the big box stores for not that much more in cost.They measure on-site and do a free design consult.
