A lot like Chris, I was intrigued and hook with the overall introduction to the platform and the method of educating interested parties.

And if for some reason the market takes rentals down with it you have cash to keep yourself afloat and keep the properties.As for paying off mortgages I think you should try to, with the above paragraph, get as much cash as possible for the market turn.

I've done enough MHs to know thats not my gig.Read the paper I linked off my profile 1st paragraph;  buying a bullet proof portfolio.   

So don't forget to cold call in addition to sending your introduction letter..

You should be aware that even though you were unaware of the regulations (and the actual contact wording Paragraph 6 of the HAP contract you signed), just like any other contract anyone signs without reading and understanding that is no excuse. 

The only thing I don't like is that it one enormous on-going paragraph in the description. 

You are absolutely right; somehow I misread or skipped the "I was looking to borrow approximately $150,000." paragraph of your post.
