@David Keys I tried to read the entire thread, but there was a lot posted so if someone else wrote this, give them a vote for me.Not all lenders allow it, but call up your lender and tell them you want your loan "recasted" or "re-amortized."

Mine does not have that type of a requirement.If it was for 365 years, I would probably have each generation vote by subfamily to appoint someone to a Trustee board.
