Conferences are cancelled. 

We had a similar problem about available space too. if its during the day my bank lets me use their conference room if its not in use.. 

I guess my dilemna is I want to have a decent place for my family while I am there, but also a place that is located in a town that wouldn't be totally devestated with large military downsizing......I don't mind a 30 minute commute, but much more than that makes it difficult......Spanaway (eastern side) seems nice with lots of good options, but without the military would anyone live there?  

You both had enough motivation to attend one of these conferences so I'm sure attending a local REI would not be an issue.

@Arshad HussainI would encourage you to have your CPA and service provider get on a conference call to get on the same page.We know next to nothing about your facts and circumstances.

Every conference I've attended sponsored by different mentors has a different vibe.

The thing that makes it difficult out there is not all programs are BS, not all conferences are a waste of time, etc. 

If it's eastern shore or western Maryland, I'm not sure but in all of the DC and Baltimore area counties I think you need to go through an eviction if they have taken possession of the property. 

I have attended Sumrok's conference before and I can tell you there are definitely differences between Sumrok's event and Think Multifamily's FIRE SUMMIT.

My 2019 goals are networking with people in my areas of interest (Hudson Valley/Central or Eastern CT, 60-70miles max of NYC) in hopes to purchase a multi-family to “house hack”.
