I know it will be an issue if sell, but what if I never sell and just keep it as a rental? 

Rehab took longer than expected due to contractor issues but we were able to find a new contractor, complete the work and get the property sold.

@Kim Durst Potentially you could take the $10k, then have another $10k (or whatever amount you feel covers your cost if there are further issues) held in escrow.

In MHP's they are regulated like cars rather than real estate, but the renovation is mostly the same (sans foundation issues, and structural issues if leave the outside walls intact).

Their personal tax prep is around $500 for a 1040 with some stock issues. 

You want to get ahead of any problems and be proactive in getting those issues cleared up prior to closing.

For example, sure there is sa record AMOUNT in mortgages, but probably because of the low rates, the actual cost/payments for this borrowed amount is really low.The only issue being shown here is the credit card debt...

I had a lot of issues with double bookings.

You need licensed contractors and permits for electrical, plumbing and for major things, someone who knows how to put a roof on and address foundation issues.

Check for licensing, reviews, and communication.
