@Gary DezoysaRealistically you won’t have to worry about contacting the borrower because the chances of finding abank willing to engage with a potential note buyer where they can’t verify his track record is almost nil.

@Sabrina Sanchez yes the tenants do not want to go to court and have their record showing an eviction… they just want to wait for mediation and ask for two more months (they told me that in my face) how were you able to recoup 3 months of back rent?
