Hi Guys, im not sure its posting my second post twice...But anyway, Like the "1% Rule" which is widely mentioned and used here on BP its a Rule Of Thumb and not more then that, Gross yield is exactly the same. ie 1% Rule is 10% Gross Yield rule (different terminology/ lingo from down under I guess) .
