It also includes common forms that you can edit and use.Their web site is a free resource with links to your state law but I highly recommend the book for some of the practical advice they provide.

Also, YOU need to be the person who makes the monthly mortgage payment, or the seller needs to provide you with online portal access to the mortgage lender's website or have statements sent to your address / email - so that you can make sure that it is being paid.

I'll see if I can round up some local recommendations for a mortgage broker and see what they have to say.Its not as rural around here as it used to be - its all subdivisions and commercial development everywhere ... though the traffic still doesn't hold a candle to the traffic in DC :)Thanks,AmyLenders in that space use websites like idcide.com among others and most do not deviate from the data presented.
