It's impossible to find good comps (they vary wildly and tend to either be foreclosures or fully renovated or much smaller)  and the home needs work (new roof, lots of cosmetic items, etc.) but nothing imminent - probably about $15k worth though.

Don't have a super strong opinion here, though condos at lower prices tend to have the issues that always come with shared spaces/common areas and shared walls.

We could speculate all day.Look to office-warehouse, cheapest construction, class A front, usually long term tenants as they tend to stay put.

Yorkies are very small dogs (about 8lbs) and they tend to shed less so it is unlikely that the dog will cause much damage to your place in that regard.
