It's impossible to find good comps (they vary wildly and tend to either be foreclosures or fully renovated or much smaller)  and the home needs work (new roof, lots of cosmetic items, etc.) but nothing imminent - probably about $15k worth though. 

Those who have bought many homes in their lifetime tend to buy less emotionally.  

Don't have a super strong opinion here, though condos at lower prices tend to have the issues that always come with shared spaces/common areas and shared walls.  

So, I tend to not have them in my properties.At this time, I am just introducing myself by letter.  

We could speculate all day.Look to office-warehouse, cheapest construction, class A front, usually long term tenants as they tend to stay put.

We moved all of it, put a vapor barrier down and vinyled the whole house.

Yorkies are very small dogs (about 8lbs) and they tend to shed less so it is unlikely that the dog will cause much damage to your place in that regard.

Carpet tends to wear out, especially with the way many tenants treat it.
