Anyone know of anything unexpected that I might run across In a new construction duplex(VA purchased) that would make property management a necessity?

My husband and I decided to start the business when unexpected medical expenses derailed our early retirement plans.

Just trying to sort out the logistics before I go and hire someone from over there as a cost saving method and then realize I was getting charged up the wooza for every call.

If they do .. just show up and argue your case.In Oregon I got tired of this and we have eviction services.. its all they do.. and instead of hiring a lawyer by the hour.. they charge a flat fee used to be 600 or 650 bucks.. you give them a copy of the lease and they get the people out..

Some want to be in charge of selecting individual team members and have more control over rehab decisions, prop selection, etc. but want to invest in a market where their capital goes further, so out of state BRRRR is a better choice.

Running just the fan won't help humidity at all.Unless your lease states some requirement for running the AC I doubt you'll be able to charge the tenant.
