Are you intending to conduct your activities as a true partnership?

As a design professional but not a licensed architect I know that in Tennessee I can legally design any residential dwelling as long as it is no more than two units.

So just completed a home/termite inspection on a duplex, found termite residues (State of NC defines it as active termite infestation), there is minor noticeable damage on the shoe molding on the floor but no signs of wear and tear on the wall but I nor the inspector cannot tell without ripping apart the wall how bad the infestation is- the seller is willing to pay for a termite extermination but my concern is how much damage these termites have already done on the inside of my walls that I cannot see- is there a termite expert professional I can hire to inspect the home more in depth during my due diligence period or anyway for me to get a peace of mind for this matter? 

With no false modesty, I would put my basic floor tile installation technique up against any other professional's in my area.

Is that true for all banks or is this just with Navy Federal Credit Union? 

Once one of you is a civilian with income high enough to make it relevant (that statement I just made is PROBABLY true, for MOST people), you can actually smoosh whatever remaining VA entitlement is remaining between the two of you in order to bump up what you'd normally be able to get with a VA loan, in terms of purchase price, without putting anything down.

Just curious if in anyone elses experence this is true in Montgomery County PA.Also, looking for recommendation of an eviction attorney.Thanks in advance!
