Hey Everyone,I'm in the middle of a transition to a new area (Williamsburg,VA) and looking to move all my business processes.

It seems high to me. the hot water heater is working fine, but it was made in 1994 and My current tenant is moving so I want to replace it during the transition time so it’s doesn’t become an issue when the new tenant is inis this a reasonable quote?

It is a great location, next to key public transit that puts the rider in DC in five minutes.

You may need to put flashing where the two meet to direct water away from that transition.
