We lowered the price a second time and now have an offer on one building but several agents have told us we should really try to sell them together.  

They always pay on time besides that. 

The second series was just established at the beginning of January and after going through all the steps, FCB stated they weren’t comfortable with the series and did an exception for us the the first time.

Do they pay on time (all of the time)?

I suspect that 5% or so that do wholesaling full time make at least 50k with the 1% ers making multiple hundreds of thousands and I am sure there are 7 figure wholesalers as well.those that have massive marketing budgets  like 20 to 50k per month. 

Well you've broken the law by not returning it in the time frame.

I already own one multi family property but it’s been a while since I haven’t managed to find a way to scale into more properties, right now, I feel like I got the strategy in place due to his mentorship and the strategies he breaks down on his masterclass.

Looking for some guidance from either property management company owners/brokers or landlords that have 100+ units managed through property management software such as Buildium, AppFolio, Propertyware, etc..
