A clear definition of "normal wear and tear" against damages is also given. 

Does any one have a more recent experience with Danley's or another contractor, looking to tear down a one car garage fix cement and build 2 or 2 1/2 car garage.

I only deal with either extensive additions or tear down/ new construction1) Lender is asking me to provide scope of work with line item breakdown.

Also, most insurance companies will cover " tenant vandalism" but not wear and tear or housekeeping.

Anyway, I ended up having to re-frame the soffits of the building, due to the contractor tearing them off without permission...

I'm not crazy about them drilling into the walls and am especially not crazy about them throwing away cabinets without asking first (although the new shelves do look good).Would you consider shelves/bookshelves that are attached to a wall falling under the normal wear and tear clause, that they have to remove and patch holes when they move, or are these more substantial improvements that they should be requesting approval for?

Mold is such a hot button item that people will love to tear you apart for it even though the majority of it is all scare tactic.
