SEO takes time.I personally believe that DMM should NOT be attempted if you are starting investing.PPC/Facebook ads is in ANY and every way better than DMM in my opinion.Figure out the cost/deal of PPC and include the cost of hiring an expert and I can almost guarantee you will make money (if you  again calculate the cost/deal right and you do target the right audience.I receive over 10 calls on average a day since I started marketing for my SEO business from investors that tell me that they lost all their money doing DMM.Agian, those that succeed doing DMM.. good for you.

There isn't much need to modify unless you are targeting lower income areas or subsidized housing but even then I'd be careful.

It's even better if you can get some niche lists and target those people.

If you dont have one, find an investor friendly agent who knows the areas you're targeting and scan it daily for deals and to walk you through and hopefully an early retirement can be on the horizon! 

So if guests constantly ask for a pool code or closest laundromat or whatever it can learn these questions and target auto responses for them if certain tags are hit.

AS LONG as you satisfy 2 criteria: You need to target the right audienceyou need to have enough budget $$.Remember, do a google search for Nike, or apple, or samsung, or tesla, or Monkeybutt.Everybody that is anybody is doing PPC!

If you look at what major investment shops target they will focus on properties that have unbelieveably low cap rates for a small investor. 

That lawyer sees a bigger target and makes it worth his while to proceed on a contingency basis. 

And that's why we usually target lower valued properties.
