Covid has been eye opening to realize how much I depend on my higher income to keep my families way of life constant.

I am about to turn 20 and I have realized that a large number of individuals in real estate that are ultra-successful are in the business of commercial real estate syndication.

I wasn't clear in my post and realized I was rambling.

Once consumers realize what is happening, they expect continued inflation.

(I updated the original post with this info too)I appreciate the data collection and realize the many limits of self reported data collection. 

Since all my other houses have them (didn't realize that initially) and they're using all $300 of the tenant's deposit toward the get ready (and my total out of pocket cost is now only $2,199), I decided to give the green light to go ahead with everything.

I realize all options are not horrible.  

I realize everyone has different goals... but I would appreciate some different perspectives in thinking about this. 

I realize they wouldn't be as profitable, but if it allowed you to stop the bleeding, make a little bit of profit, and hold onto the property, perhaps it could still work?

Funding my business so I never realized the profit from my job, nor I consumed it, it was invested.
