I literally purchased the first lifetime pro level membership here, which is kind of weird that it hasn't been honored since I'm still alive but whatever.

It will cost you money to reactive your license and pay the fees associated with required professional memberships and monthly desk fees. 

And for them, the lion's share of revenue is not coming from actual real estate deals, it's from memberships, mentor packages, access to the "secrets" and various tonics. 

Connecting with members who have a pro membership have a higher tendency so be more serious and provide you a good recommendation.3.

Thanks, Luka - I appreciate the advice… I’ve been listening to the BP podcast and committing to the BP Pro membership is my first step.

Its just they were smart enough to make it a low yearly membership rather than asking for 10 to 20k one time fee. 

There should be a survey option on BP, or at least a “submit a survey” option.
