By supplying your personal name, does this wind up causing a breach in your LLC, because an individual (with personal assets) is now liked to the LLC ?

I am planning to transfer my IRA into a solo 401k so I can invest in real estate.I am planning to use my 1099 income to fund it on a regular basis.Do I need to file a different tax form where I would pay medicare and ss taxes? 

If I moved back to Ohio, got a regular W2 job it would just be a matter of time before I closed on a duplex or 4-unit and off to the races I go.

I've used regular Credit Cards too. 

Limited supply and low interest rates are driving home prices up.

We're making supply lists in detail and we're shopping for deals.

I have seen a huge increase of supply but the prices are pretty steep.
