Hi @Adam Zacharski, perhaps the reason why your planned drawings were rejected is because all plans need to have an Architectural Seal when submitting them to the town.

Our rental market is strong and continues to get stronger as new jobs come in from places like Netflix, Intel, Amazon, and Sandia National Labs.
