Not only should the rent from the main house cover the majority if not all of the rent, so you could live for free, but then when you move you can rent out the guesthouse that you were staying in also and have a Cash flowing duplex.

I will offer to help them any reasonable way I can like helping with their kids fundraising events,attending and sponsoring their charity event and sports teams,and just be apart of their lives to stay at the top of their minds when someone they know needs a Realtor to handle their real estate needs.

@Hector Ortiz, the "missing cream" is that if you want to refinance it (or sell it), it WON'T appraise at (hardly) more than they've already made you pay, which means whatever money you put into the deal, stays in the deal.
