My interest is this seems like a smart cheap purchase and the value will continue to rise, and it gives me flexibility to combine lots later to 5000sqft.My concern is that the home is old, i wouldnt be making any money on it monthly, and i would owe so much on these two lots that even if i sell in next 5 to 10 years it wouldnt be a huge make.

Seems like a great website for investors and I've known several who used it.The sites they had set up seemed great.Haven't heard of any agents using it, but if it is similar to the investor websites, I would think it should be good.Does your brokerage not have software for you to use?

I think the ADU will add decent equity to the property since everyone seems to be looking for space for elderly parents or just a separate area to work and/or play.
