@Arturo Fuentes Ask your lender if there is down payment assistance program available in your area. 

I'm primarily looking to work side by side with a reputable attorney who could assist me with double closings, and one that could analyze my contracts to ensure that they are legalized to be used in the Huntsville Al area.. 

But yes, they'd typically keep that commission unless they have an assistant or something of that nature that they divide up their splits with.

I actually just talked with an assistant who is handling our case and she was going to send me over the eviction letter that the owner received.

Are there a organized groups that seeks to prevent this?

We just had an interesting opportunity arise-- we have a seasonal theater festival in town every summer, and the company is seeking housing for one it's directors.
