The rest are debt deals which are okay but if you're going that route I've seen better returns at PeerStreet and Patch of Land.RM has a reputation of a more rigorous underwriting than others which reflects their higher fees that other platforms.

There are even some big name lenders that have VERY bad reputations, charging 3K or so in advance, and writing just enough loans to avoid being called complete crooks.
