The rest are debt deals which are okay but if you're going that route I've seen better returns at PeerStreet and Patch of Land.RM has a reputation of a more rigorous underwriting than others which reflects their higher fees that other platforms. 

Once a company's reputation is ruined it's extremely difficult and expensive to try to recover it… And it doesn't matter whether you warn investors of the risk or not...
