I'm located in Redding.

Nobody in college would ever go to that side of town because those who have gone there have been harassed, robbed, beaten, had their cars stolen at red lights, and have been held at gunpoint.  

With Trump moving to cut corporate taxes and ease red tape for businesses there is a bullish move to expand by retailers.

Hi Fellow Investors,Does anyone a opinion or have experience working with Red Door property management in Indianapolis?

When you are dealing with an out of state seller who is seeming pushy to get the $, it might raise some red flags.  

The last auctions I went to were the Bronx Courthouse auctions, they hold them every monday at 2pm.

You benefit by selling to the cell tower investors by 200 basis points.

My career in real estate literally began from the ground up, working on prominent building projects such as Rockefeller Center, Trump International Hotel & Tower, and Chelsea Piers.

Ultimately, the properties would be in my name while he would be the one finding the deals and doing most of the work as he mentors me.Is there any red flags that are visible in this type of partnership?  

My understanding is that the red switches are a clear indicator that these are stab-loc (I'm no electrician so I go with easy signs ha).
