This is on a property that had a CSS done on it some 6 years ago when we got it (and placed a new roof at that time too part of the rehab).

I inherited the property, it's a lil shotgun house and it doesn't have a mortgage.

This market has rental properties in a gridlock. 

@Nir Berko, while I have not ever owned properties in Cleveland, I had 6 or 7 section 8 rentals here in Cincinnati.
