I am getting out of my 500$/month car for a cash car, which should lower my insurance also(310$).Part of me wants to get a cheap piece of land to live on in a decked-out container in between the areas of the markets posted below.

There have been 900 properties posted for foreclosure for the 1st quarter of this year or about 300 per month.
