Start calling all of your local banks and CUs to see what products and terms they offer.LLC won't change things, since you'll still have to personally guarantee the mortgage.

There are programs out there that no one uses because they are too much headache and there are better products from other sources.

I haven't physically seen ONE of these properties and can truly say that once you get the first property done, you're on your way to more! 

This makes perfect sense and is right up my alley since I am a software product manager by trade and am constantly testing ideas before committing them to a roadmap.

If they graduated in physics, that's one thing but if they graduated in message therapy that's something else. 

I've always felt more comfortable investing in physical assets than in the stock market, but along the way I've come to enjoy investing in real estate for other reasons, too.
