The ultimate goal is to scale up with the brrrr strategy but I think I should get my feet wet a little bit first

We have been listening/watching BiggerPockets and is itching to get our hands and feet wet but is on the edge on what we should first?

I have watched numerous speakers predicting a crash in 2021.

I did a quick search and have found numerous posts going back at least to 2017 stating that.

There are numerous way to collect rent nowadays.Evictions would not be executed by Management they would executed by an Attorney.

I worked two jobs numerous times in an attempt to get ahead and watched people get fired for not even showing up.

Also have several NODs and Complaints being filed in numerous other states/counties with no issues yet.  

I want to finance the property as well to get my feet wet so that I can understanding the mortgage process.Since I am out of state investor I am looking for suggestions from community members who have successfully done this before?

Has color variations (depending on sun/shade), and animal foot prints (chickens, etc. that walked through when tiles were wet).

With regard to BRRRR learn a local market, get your feet wet before venturing out is my advice.
