The site is very detailed and informative and I just started listening to the podcasts.

I've sent emails to friends and family, send messages through Facebook to alot of people I went to college with, and try to mention that I'm looking for investors to anyone who will listen.

BP also has it's own podcast in itunes for you to listen to as well.

I would highly suggest listening to the pod casts.  

Read books on investing in real estate, listen to the podcasts, attend webinars and stay active on the forums while connecting with other investors in your area and pick a niche.

After listening to Leon Yang's podcast, I realized that I need to start researching the history of my Houston market since I have only lived here for a couple years.

I have been reading posts and listening to podcasts everyday since signing up.

I've read through the guide, I've been listening to the podcasts and been browsing around.... analyzed some deals, gone through data, i.e. populations in cities, average home pricing, average rent, etc.

Make sure to listen to the podcasts.  

It is very encouraging to listen to the podcasts of successful BP members and perhaps, just maybe, I will be in my own episode.
