I am a non-USA resident investing Passively in MF deals and I am looking forward to move into a more active role as part of a GP / JV structure and Coaching seems to me as a good alternative to prevent mistakes, leverage experience, enhance my network and learn the details of Syndication.

I signed up for the Rookie Podcast and the others, I currently listen to the rookie but ill try and alternate to the others also.

You don't have to like the situation, or swallowing the pride and playing nice to a d-bag who dosn't deserve it, you just gotta like the net results and that's gotta be enough, smile and play nice, because the alternative is not worth it.

I told him the alternative is I'll just pay it off but we'd both rather keep the current arrangement.

Hard money tends to get costly, but may be a good alternative to help retain the property; private money would probably be a better option. 

It seems like a good alternative to regular homes especially with the shortage and the fact that these are finished in less time.
