If there's an auction date then there should be a sense of urgency.

Also, probably makes more sense for you to capitalize the other $5,000 back into the loan.

Hey @Ricardo CristobalLike you heard, rates are low and chances are high that they will rise in the near future.Where the rates are at any point in time doesn't matter so long as the numbers make sense in any deal you get into.Like most buyers, if you purchase residential real estate, you should qualify for long-term fixed rate interest.

I have a question as I search for "good deals".I understand that I am looking for deals in which the numbers "make sense" and check as many if not all boxes that you kind folks share on here and I have studied and practiced quite a bit now. 

I mean, I fully realize this is the kind of thing that is different for everyone... what makes sense to one person when crafting a deal with their family is different from another.
