Its kind of like the Cowboys I see at the airport who fly for 20 years on a student pilot license ( I guess at least they have that) or fly with their medical out of date.. can you do it sure is it legal NOPE  you get caught you lose your license.. 

If it is a lot of medical problems, be flexible.

While I wish these courses were available when I was in college, I think at the higher levels they supplement formal education and can’t replace some of it.Practically speaking for example, medical students must still open cadavers and spend time in a hospital, budding chemists and engineers must spend time in a lab, and even welders and machinists must get hand on experience.

(I'm 21 now about to turn 22 in November) I didn't know what kind of path I wanted to pursue other than what my family has encourage me to do (medical field).I started my real estate journey as a wholesaler here in Houston, TX mainly working for a wholesaling company as acquisitions, dispositions, and title coordinator. 

If I want to learn about medical procedures, I do not talk to a mechanic.  

In Pittsburgh the top current industries are education and medical, its not your steel mill town any more.

The medical field is huge down here so being able to provide a great property for traveling nurses and other professions could be greatly increase your GOI vs traditional LTR. 

The launches are a draw, military bases with re-assignments and family visits, large medical base. 

You may be granted an exception if, during the previous two years, you have been a full-time student, active-duty military member, on medical leave or staying home to take care of children.
