There are also creative plans out there that effectively solo fund a defined benefit plan (pension), sometimes referred to as a 'cash balance plan' - these are very complex and highly formula driven, but they can create a powerful savings mechanism if the right circumstances apply.

I'd recommend having an attorney review and make sure it's more than fair to you too. doesn't seem like it in this. people think real estate flipping is low risk but I can tell from experience it's far from it. wait till they don't pay a contractor and you have a mechanics lien. that trumps yours

Your mission, should you choose to accept it...please share how you are using Podio to manage your mail campaigns, how you are tracking cost and what mechanism you are using to get your mailings done (ie are you exporting as a spreadsheet to upload to click2mail, have it automatically sent there from Podio, etc.).
