I just dug it up, this is from the coresspondance i received denying my claim " the law in maryland has long been established that before a local government is required to pay a citizen for a loss, the claimant must first show that the city had notice of the defect that caused the loss and a reasonable opportunity to repair the defect.

You have to be very careful looking at the contracts for these products so that you're not required to personally guarantee any losses, etc.Someone with knowledge of the regs should review all the contracts and requirements for you.Jaime

There isn't a Realtor around that could clean my clock, but I usually have my Realtor because their broker is insured and any losses may be sought with that broker if someone screwed up, even if a buyer screws up the agent is to give consultation to keep the buyer from screwing up.
