Because of the more labor intensive people pushing paper process that is required for an IRA to document the more individual types of transactions that occur in alternative assets, the fees are higher than in a conventional stock brokerage IRA.So, a few things to unwind.

An alternative would be doing a cash out refi and buying new A class rental in my personal name to get a personal loan for 2.75% fixed 15 year (no balloon) and then after closing I’ll quit claim deed the property over to my LLC.

Otherwise, do you have suggestions for alternative sources of financing that I could suggest to my buyers?
