Unfortunately, you have to call these OTA's many times over until you get a customer service rep who sympathizes, is knowledgeable about the platform rules and is willing to actually help you.If you don't want to ride it out, i think you have options.

If you feel the property is performing well you can keep it.

If you feel the leasing services are being handled poorly, perhaps you should also take a closer look at the day to day management.  

Listen, I'm not looking for your opinion on drug addicts, either your opinion on what you THINK the neighbors will think or feel about  a Sober Living house being in their neighborhood.
