With international rates so low, and the 10yr depressed by lower sovereign rates internationally, can the Fed push up short term rates and, very possibly create an inverted yield curve, without punishing the US economy?

So the only way to officially move money is via USD bank accounts, international wire, or money remittance.

Personally I take my cash and use it for flips in international markets that aren't correlated to the US...I don't recommend that for the average investor.  

The electronic signature services used by most realtors are safe, but.....most REO's and short sale banks still won't accept them, and I generally don't accept them either.

I would use electronic combination entry locks and then you can change code whenever someone leaves. shared job chart or mom and dad you pay daughter management fee to cover cleaning, and managing property, grass, snow.. and that's deductible property expense..
