Hey @Peter Bui - typically when utilizing seller financing the buyer (i.e. new owner) is responsible for the taxes and typically will save up the funds to pay the whole tax bill each year.

In Wisconsin it is the buyer's responsibility to verify any crucial measurements the agent is not responsible for the accuracy of info provided by the seller.

I have mailed numerous letters there with no response
