I have had a rough time picking a degree but I am now very interested in investing in real estate.

If you understand an asset class well and can predict the results with a fair degree of certainty, their is a low risk of failure and little need for diversification.  

I know that a college degree is not necessary to invest in real estate, but are there any degrees that would be useful? 

His degree was in political economy so there was probably something with that psychology as well.

I have read hundreds of books,blogs,podcasts, done mailouts (with some degree of success).

There are people posting on these boards who are fresh out of college and have a teaching degree, $50k in debt and a $600 payment for a brand new Jeep and they want to know how to get started.

Winters can vary but I've seen 40-50 degree days for weeks on end.

I have no actual experience in real estate I have really started trying to absorb as much information as I can with intentions to dive in feet first when I finish my BSN/Nursing degree.

@Jaime Brametechnically, <18 yrs old can not enter into a contract legally.however (and confirm this with a lawyer) if the minor is the owner/officer of a corporation, then he can to some degree.
