Always do the math analysis and try to look at the subject property before you make an offer or at least have a clause in the sales contract that allows you some time to make an inspection and possibly back out of the deal without a penalty that will hurt you that much.Right after you close get an insurance policy that protects you if there is a loss.

This is just an example NOT a real case scenario, I am actually just looking for an equation to figure out the answer: If a buyer says that they will only pay 70-75 cents on the dollar and a house cost $326,450 how did I figure out the math to know about how much my buyer is willing to spend the house?
