Hey Guys,Just wanted to follow up and show what we ended up doing with house.

unfortunately it's a case of sellers remorse, where the seller doesn't really sell for the amount someone had put in their head that their house was worth, I think it's taking it pretty far to threaten to take legal action, what do you guys think we should do?

Hey guys, I have a multifamily meetup that I've been hosting in Milpitas library for ~20 ppl.

To that I say "good for you", the poor guy's case dragged on for a while, and in his case, the judge didn't throw it out.And why was he sued?

I'm trying to help a friend navigate a creative loan to buy his current rental house and capture some 'free equity' while keeping the stability in his son's life that he has worked so hard for.Brief backstory:  I've known the guy since middle school, never really close friends, but we've stayed in touch through Facebook over the years. 

What would you do if there are small jobs like a burner on the oven isn’t working, screen door blew open during storm and needs to be fixed, a couple skate tiles need to be fixed, etc, etc. if it’s not major like electrical or plumbing, do you guys have a handyman that you know and trust?

However, my mortgage guy said that the way the properties are structured, (three parcels in one deed) they may be unable to do a market comp, as its very uncommon.

I know how I do it.. and I do it with a transparency that is so 100% bullet proof and that's the only way a little guy like me can do it I am thinking.
