Good afternoon BP,I have been on a tear as far as consuming real estate investing information (BP podcast, books, forums etc.) while I pay off debts and get my credit & finances in position to make my first deal.

I am a newby in real estate investing but have been resesrching obsessively online and reading real estate books aswell as financial motivation type books.

@Dan Stewart,  The book all new investors should read first is Benjamin Graham's The Intelligent Investor.

How do you read a book about real estate investing and get all the benefit from it?

The fact they are complaining online might be an indication the property manager dealt with them properly so be sure to ask the manager for their side of the story.I hope this basic guide helps.

I am currently on an extension from last year and am hoping to talk to someone who is knowledgeable specifically with filing taxes for real estate investors and can actually give some insight on how to set up for the future.I am also looking for a real estate attorney who can guide me on how to properly set up my companies, legalities etc.

@Ken Nyczaj gave me some good tips on books to learn more about the process and strategies for investing, which are (1) Brandon Turner's - Book on Rental Property Investing, (2) Brandon Turner's - The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No and Low Money Down and (3) Jay Scott - Book on Flipping Houses.

Look no further than maps with traffic, ride sharing, online booking services, even agriculture adjusting fertilizer in every square foot of the field to match the soil needs.
