I want to start investing in real estate in about 11 months when I graduate HS and turn 18. 

My friend and I have a combined $40,000 and are looking to house hack a quadplex for 2 years before we graduate.

@Kevin Hill - The area of Kent, Bergen etc. is coming up but still not there where you will attract professionals, graduate students etc.

We plan on doing the AirBnB strategy and capitalize on the high rental times (football games, graduation, etc).

Hello BP community,I will be graduating from NC State in may and am looking to purchase my first rental property through house hacking in order to get in with a low down payment.
