For the University District Area near Ohio State I'd look at Buckeye Real Estate or Northsteppe.

I've been fortunate enough myself to visit Vancouver a few times (played against Simon Fraser University in college, snowboarded in Whistler etc). 

I live in Minneapolis Minnesota and I'm a student at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.

Although I am attending the University of Louisville I may quit after I get my two year degree (I'll have it in a semester) so I can put all my money towards a deal and not a college degree I don't plan on using anyways.
