Greg, I can certainly see how Kiyosaki can rub people the wrong way, but I am trying to use what I read in his book as an inspiration more then an exact blueprint. 

I was very impressed and believe it was worth every penny.Some of the reasons: excellent material taught by active professionals that really know what theyre talking about, the inspiration of meeting others active in many different aspects of the business, great spreadsheets for property analysis, access to some powerful software for analyzing markets for investment potential.

She clearly takes this very seriously and her genuine concern and empathy convinced me that Pinnacle was on the up and up and that everything would turn out allright.If Pinnacle was a scam we would know it by now so hang in there, guys.

If you need some question inspiration, Googling "questions to ask a Realtor" gave me a pretty nice list of resources.Your Realtor should be generally knowledgeable in the area where you're looking to rent or buy.

NEEDS an agents, but my clients seem genuinely happy to have me in their corner.

This is why I'm starting my journey in real estate, health care is ceasing to be fun, creative or inspiring in many ways.
