Yes I will have a mold person out, and have someone remediate, and check after...should they accept my offer, which I'm not counting on as banks are just like that.The mold exists because the house was foreclosed on in Dec, realtor says the pipes burst, to me looks someone re-entered after, and turned the water on as they walked out of the building, from the way the mold seems to have spread, and the basement was clearly flooded as all the utilities are covered in fresh rust.
