I just purchased the house a couple years ago 0 money down and I still owe a fairly decent amount so I may not walk out with much spending money depending on the price of the house.

I was thinking of doing 20-30 hours a week in hopes of doing a couple of houses a year.

Likewise if the city allows 5 people for a two bedroom apartment and you discriminate against a qualified family of five in favor of a couple with no kids you are in violation of the Fair Housing Act.

I am working on a couple of potential partnerships similar to this right now.

I have listened to the podcast on and off for the last couple years and have been interested in real estate but for the past 3 years was working on an internet startup. 

That was a couple of years ago and depending on the amount they may utilize tax assessment instead of appraisal.

There will be a little bit of touch up work needed to cover and repaint nail holes in the walls (she did the place out really nicely but there are a lot of pictures and decor up on the walls)  Other than that there is no damage that I saw when I had to go in a couple of weeks ago to repair a leaky toilet valve.My question is this.
